- I.D Required if under 18: In order to pierce a minor (16 – 18), we will need their ID, showing photo, name and birth date. Only parents or legal guardians can sign for a minor.
- We will not pierce if we believe you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- All piercings are performed at the piercers discretion.
- We reserve the right to refuse to pierce.
